Terms of Service

The Service is intended exclusively for licensed business operators in the cannabis supply chain. By using the Service you represent that you (a) are at least 21 years of age, (b) act on behalf of a business that holds all licenses and permits required in its jurisdiction, and (c) are not located in a jurisdiction where access would be unlawful.

Accounts are issued by invitation or upon admin approval. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: (i) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (ii) misrepresent your identity, license status, or affiliation; (iii) scrape, mirror, or republish catalogue data without written permission; (iv) attempt to bypass security or rate limits; (v) upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.

All content on the Service — branding, software, catalogue structure, and intelligence reports — is owned by Horizons Canna Global or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

The Service introduces verified counterparties. Horizons does not act as a broker, agent, or party to transactions between users. Any contract you enter with a counterparty is solely between you and them. You are responsible for your own due diligence and compliance.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your business, including cannabis cultivation, distribution, import/export, taxation, and anti-money-laundering regulations in your jurisdiction.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizons disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizons will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of fees paid by you in the prior 12 months or USD 100.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Horizons Canna Global is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-portal notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
