Horizons Canna Global ("Horizons", "we", "us") operates a private, invitation-only intelligence portal connecting licensed cannabis businesses with verified growers, breeders, seed houses, logistics partners, and payment infrastructure. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

We collect information you provide directly when you request access, create an account, or interact with the portal:
- Identity & contact — full name, business email, company, country, phone (optional).
- Account data — encrypted password, role, account status, preferences, timezone.
- Usage data — pages viewed, requests submitted, favorites, search queries, IP address, device and browser information.
- Communications — messages you send through the portal or via email.
How we use information
- To verify your business and grant or deny access to the private portal.
- To operate the platform, fulfill your requests, and provide customer support.
- To send transactional emails (account approval, password reset, request status updates).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
